Dizziness can also manifest as a sense of instability or feeling faint. Dizziness occurs when the brain perceives an imbalance between the visual, vestibular (motion sensing), and proprioceptive (body position sensing) systems. Causes

Stress-related dizziness is often caused by increased tension in the neck and shoulders, which can lead to reduced blood flow to the brain. Stress can also affect blood pressure, which in turn can impact circulation in the brain and cause dizziness. Breathing patterns can also be affected by stress, leading to hyperventilation and dizziness. Dizziness can also arise as a response to stress-related anxiety or panic attacks.

It is important to seek help if dizziness is persistent or worsening, as it may be a sign of an underlying condition. To alleviate stress-related dizziness, one can try to relax and reduce tension in the neck and shoulders through relaxation exercises, yoga, or massage. Regular exercise and breathing exercises can also help reduce stress and thereby alleviate dizziness.
